Horizon Academy is a non-traditional high school in the Gainesville City School System. The purposes of Horizon Academy are to meet the unique needs of our students to ensure they successfully graduate high school and are prepared for the paths they want to take after leaving. We recognize that traditional high school may not be a good fit for every student, but every student deserves the opportunity to graduate with a high school diploma and be prepared for life beyond high school.
